I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Utah.
   I have been married for 26 years this May. My husband is from Missouri and he is a very important part of my life. I was blessed with three children all boys, three beautiful stepdaughters and wonderful grandchildren. I am sorry to say they are scattered all over the states.
   My favorite person also lives with us. Since my Father passed away my Mother has been with us and is wonderful to have around. I have a sister, Marsha and her husband that also live here in Utah.
   My brother, Jerry and his family lives in Missouri and of course if you have visited my pages then you know my brother, Greg, who lives in Sparks, Nevada.

    Greg was the initiator of the Orchid Lady site and for years was the webmaster. He is a very special brother and I look forward to his trips home.
   I love all kinds of flowers, animals, hummingbirds, teddy bears, camping, catfishing and, of course, orchids. Much of my free time is spent working on my Orchid Pages and answering E-Mail.

   I work full time and in the summer I do find time to go camping and catfishing at a large lake here in Utah called Utah Lake. Of course, I can always find time to play in my greenhouse with my orchids and plants.

    I also have turtles that live in the greenhouse and Murtle will be with us 26 years this year!

   Konar, my cat loves to lay on my computer, safe from the ever-watchful eyes of Rikki. This little critter is my ferret. He lives in my computer room and plays when I am on the computer, ferrets are very interesting little animals. My aquarium is enjoyed by everyone.

   Abby is the favorite of the family, she is a small dog and is Mom’s faithful companion and we all love her. Mom’s other pets include George the turtle and Sadie, a very beautiful cat. As you can see our house is full of all kinds of fun things.
